All Of The Handsome boys at SRR

We also have 4 male ratties of our own here at SRR!! We love all our rats so deeply that we wanted to show them off. (Even though sometimes they are very picture shy ;))

Well at first I was not looking into getting any males, as i am pretty strict on keeping the same sex pairs in one home. But when i was going through the process of adopting Tinker and Bell (2 of my females), i saw Smokey and Charlie!! Two male ratties, the lady from the rescue in NE, was willing to have them both nuetered at my cost!! Which was great news because we got to adopt them and they now get to live there life, happy and with a lot of lovely ladys. ;)

And when i was adopting Smokey i was told that Charlie and Smokey where best friends and needed to be adopted out together!

Well that was no problem at all, so i adopted both boys and they are still living together, snuggling all the time with each other, and of course playing ever once in awhile. :)

Here is the handsome boy Charlie! He is a Patchwork Double rex rat that losses his fur and goes it back in different places!

Rencently I was in contact with a lady that was needing to find homes for her 2 elderly boys! She was due herself in about a month and didnt feel she would be able to give them much attention! So I took them in and they are now part of our crew!!

So meet Patches and Marv, they are both about 1year and half old.

Here is Patches He is my huge boy as he weighs a pound! He is also blind in one eye!

Of course enjoying some scratches from mom!!
